MARION COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Marion County spouse and children said their 7-yr-previous son — who was killed in a dog assault in June — has not gotten justice soon after prices were being dropped from the alleged pet dog operator.
The alleged doggy owner, Lorenzo Cardenas, was billed with involuntary manslaughter soon after Shamar Sharif Jackson was killed in the attack. Shamar Jackson’s mom and dad, Carnell and Roseann Jackson, sat in on the Cardenas’ preliminary hearing, which resulted in the costs becoming dropped.
