Dog possibly involved in dump truck collision that killed Burnaby teenager

Speed and driver impairment are not thought to be elements, and the driver of the commercial car, a dump truck pulling a dump trailer, remained on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

In addition, the truck company concerned proceeds to cooperate with the investigation, police said.

In a statement, Cpl. Brett Cunningham told the general public that police recognize “a tragic incident like this will be felt extensively all over the local community.”

“Burnaby RCMP is seeking at techniques to help those people impacted by this tragic death,” he said.
