The previous owner of a Burnside pet store that was shut down by legislation enforcement final September has pleaded responsible to solve 3 individual conditions in Pulaski District Court.
Timothy Charles Lorraine, 62, of Whitley City, transformed his plea final Wednesday and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, probated for 24 months, and was fined a complete of $7,100.
Two of the conditions ended up investigated by Burnside Law enforcement Department and included 19 counts and 34 counts, respectively, of second-degree Animal Cruelty stemming from an investigation courting back to April 2021 into Tim’s Reptiles and Exotics, which had been situated off South US 27 at the previous Tri County Flea Current market.
