Man forced to pay thousands in repairs after wild animals damage vehicles in Fort Bend County neighborhood
FORT BEND COUNTY – A Fort Bend County person is acquiring to pay many thousand pounds to fix his SUV right after a team of animals was caught on digital camera ripping it apart.
“I occur out right here, I see the hurt to my car, and they took off down the block,” stated Jose Gonzalez.
Gonzalez isn’t guaranteed if the animals ended up coyotes or just a pack of stray canine, but he believes they had been just after a modest animal in the Diamond Lake Lane and Boulder Springs Generate community.
“I didn’t see the animal they were heading immediately after, there could have been a stray cat. We have a colony of cats right here in the neighborhood,” Gonzalez explained.
Gonzalez told KPRC 2 the destruction to his SUV totaled to about $3,500 although listing off some of the dilemma places.
“The facet right fender, the wheel properly, electrical harness injury, and hoses likely into the engine,” explained Gonzalez.
He stated his wife’s motor vehicle also had obvious claw marks on the entrance close but they have not been equipped to acquire it to the repair shop just still.
“I’m stunned the alarm didn’t go off,” Gonzalez claimed.
Gonzalez reported he filed a law enforcement report with the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s office and is hopeful the animals are uncovered and re-found so they will not be capable to harm any other home in the neighborhood, or even even worse, a female or little child.
