Search continues for stolen dog and truck from north London parking lot

A Strathroy couple is nonetheless hoping for the secure return of their canine, which was inside of their truck when it was stolen from a parking great deal in north London on Monday afternoon.

Austin Flegel, 20, states he and his girlfriend experienced just adopted 1.5-yr-previous Jaxx and stopped by a pet keep to get him a deal with.

“My girlfriend and I went to the pet park in London off Hamilton Road to fulfill Jaxx and we fell in love, so we adopted him,” reported Flegel.

He said they stopped at Pet Smart at Fanshawe Park Street and Richmond Street at close to 4:30 p.m. to go to the washroom and get a pet dog handle. Flegel reported Jaxx seemed scared, so they decided to depart him in the truck with the home windows cracked and doorways locked. It was 17 C on Monday.

Jaxx is explained as a brown Mastiff-Shepherd mix, about 60 lbs and was putting on a purple collar. The truck was a black 2002 Chevrolet Silverado with orange trim on the hood and grill. The licence spot is AP44762.
